Discussion forums are very easy to create. All you need to do is add a database through your hosting control panel, upload the core forum files, and then run the installation script. The whole process takes between 15 and 30 minutes.
Growing a forum is not as easy.
It can takes months, or even years, to develop a forum. You will therefore need to invest a lot of time and energy into your forum in order to build its community.
