I’m not a massive Darts fan but I have been really looking forward to today as there me and about 10 of my mates are going to see Premier League Darts at the SECC in Glasgow.
I’ve never been to see the Darts before but it looks amazing. Basically it’s just one big piss up. I’ve watched it on TV and it just looks like an amazing atmosphere. Everyone gets a table and gets drunk watching the darts whilst holding up banners saying ’180′ all the time. And then everyone sporadically bursting into random chants of the famous Darts tune (Chase the Sun by Planetfunk).
What more do you want from a day out? 
From what I have been told, the matches tonight are :
- Raymond van Barneveld v John Part
- Terry Jenkins v Wayne Mardle
- Jelle Klaasen v Phil Taylor
- Mervyn King v James Wade
Phil “The Power” Taylor is definately the most well known Darts player in that line up though I’m sure they will all be great.
So here’s hoping my hangover isn’t too bad tomorrow!
