So you end up hiring a developer to modify it “to give it a face lift” ……here is where your experienced developer that you may find will start pulling his/her hair out because the software is coded in such a way that it is a mess. But you find someone crazy who will do for you some minor modifications, because Mr Vlad will not do any mods for you and won’t even suggest you anybody who is familiar with his software to contact …and don’t be fooled …this is a one man’s show ..some Russian guy ..there is no “we” team. You will easily find out based on the times when your tickets will be coming back – that’s the only way you get any support – usually in 24 hrs …. So you finally get it set up ..you customize the entire site and if you want to do it right take your time and spend few months on it ……..
Then you realize that there is an update …great lets do it , but hold on you did few minor changes ….your developer will be again pulling his hair out because even with the compare software it takes ridiculous amount of time to check all the files and even then you may not be able to update it in a way that it works properly. But you manage again and you are finally ready to launch your site ….well not so quick ….once some people start signing up you realize that the software will start slowing down and may even crash on you …the only help you will get from the owner is a generic link telling you to find what error it is ..if you are not a developer yourself ….good luck doing that ..Mr Vlad will not help you trouble shoot the software and will make no attempts to get into your server to see what the problem might be ..so you are left alone ….well not alone, but with all the paying customers who want to get the service they paid for …..while you are looking for someone to hire who will help you fix it ..which might be quite costly, you are generating bad reviews on the internet about how your site sucks because it has been down few days or perhaps even a week….

This is a very real experience and I caution you to think about purchasing a software that has such a poor customer service at the time when you need it the most …Please do a good search and look at other dating software before you purchase this one. There are many other ones some even with US customer service. You may not get the exact feature …may get different that might be even better, but you may get probably a lot better customer support which is key for running this kind of business. You just cant afford to run a business on a 24 hr ticket support that is not willing to get their hands little dirty by looking into your code because they/he is too busy to do that …..this 24 hr exchange may turn to a week long down time for your site ….I hope you will realize that before you make the same mistake I did ..good luck
