i want to tell you that, Cleanup Images plugin you recommend has been removed from WordPress respository, and is no loger available for download.

Hi Kevin,

We’ve just launched a similar plugin for cleaning up your uploaded files. It’s called Theia Upload Cleaner and would love to send you a copy. What it does differently is that it scans your entire database for any sort of reference to your uploaded files – the Media Library, post contents, any plain-text or serialized format, and so on. It will only clean those files that are indeed unused. If in any case you want to revert the clean-up, the plugin automatically does a backup before cleaning, so everything is completely safe.

Oh I hadn’t noticed that. That’s a shame as it was a useful plugin.

I’m not sure if anyone else has picked up its development.
