Great article, there’s only one plugin on here I’m not using yet. I’d like to add that one of the best and most overlook revenue streams on WordPress is sending leads to companies and being paid for each one.

All companies who advertise want leads! Insurance companies will pay over $10 per lead, lawyers will pay over $40 for leads. You just need a referral form on your website, and a company who wants leads.

http://IncomeActivator.com's plugin allows you to place referral forms on your WordPress website to send leads to companies who will pay you for each one, you’re not selling anything to your visitors, you’re giving them something free and useful and having them fill out a form or click on a link.

In reply to Annalee. I am a big fan of Genesis. I'm using it on KevinMuldoon.com right now. :) The framework is optimised well for search engines, is updated frequently and is natively responsive. Plus there are dozens of beautiful clean designs to choose from.
