Exercise is important for everyone. It does not matter what your level of fitness is or what age you are, you need to exercise and look after the only body you have.
Those of us who are work at a desk, which is everyone who works online and everyone who works in an office, need to make a conscious effort to stay active, stretch, and eat healthy.
Exercising regularly and eating sensibly will help you stay physically and mentally healthy. It will also improve your sleeping patterns and help you be more productive.
